What Is Bullying?
With the consultation of pupils (school council) parents and staff this strategy was adopted and is given to the children as the STOP method; which is Start Telling Other People.
This is linked by the idea that bullying is Several Times On Purpose.
This is because children can fall out with each other and have minor disagreements which can be sorted quickly and easily using our BEST rules. Bullying however, is sustained and deliberate and can lead, over a number of days or a longer period, to a change in a child's behaviour and well being.
